I placed an international online order December 29, 2021 at 11am. My order was shipped on January 30, 2021. I saw from tracking that the order arrived into ISC Chicago, IL on January 5, 2022. It did not come out of customs until January 11, 2022. Was delivered to my home by USPS on January 11, 2022 as well. When I looked at my tracking it said USPS had delivered my package to "an individual at the address on January 11, 2022 in Chicago, IL 60614. The item was signed for by N.R." My package was not brought to my door, like this order has been before. It was left in an open space near my mailbox. No one signed for this package.

I emailed the US Customs and Border Control asking about the timeline of international orders coming into the US and was told that US Customs tried to have your packaged processed within 45 DAYS....45 DAYS? WTH? Thats crazy. Glad mine was only held for 5 days. Below is an excerpt from the email I recieved: From: CBP Information Center Date: January 12, 2022 at 2:11:10 PM CST Subject: Complaint Case, Package (USPS or Courier)- With CBP [ ref:_00Dt0LBIM._500t0tpzdc:ref ]
