I am someone that owns a condo in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. I do not own a car, so I have used the many different types of delivery services, even before the COViD pandemic. During the pandemic I started using the delivery services much more frequently, as did most people, I would think. After getting up one winter (really cold) morning as my Amazon Fresh order was being delivered at 6:19 am, that I never received. I decided it was time to start recording all of my deliveries and note if they were good, bad or ugly.

I am not being reimbursed by anyone or any company, I am doing this on my own, with my own experiences and costs. (I'd also love to hear about your related experiences, please post a reply.)
