Amazon (not so) Fresh Delivery

I use Amazon Fresh for grocery delivery all the time. Lately, the delivery service has not been so great. On January 9, 2021 at 7:43pm I placed an Amazon Fresh delivery order. The delivery was supposed to be January 10, 2021 between 5am and 7am. $0 delivery fee. Delivery person buzzed me at 6:19am, only from the wrong gate of our complex. My delivery instructions always say to "Enter xx on keypad at EAST Gate of (complex name), ON (NAME OF STREET). Unit ### is down on the right side." If someone goes into the West Gate of our complex, they will not be able to get to my unit. I tell the driver that he is at the West Gate and needs to go to the East Gate. I tell him to walk out of the vestibule he is currently at and to walk to the east, the other side of the garages. It is a BIG main gate entrance. Lots of light, very bright. I wait a few minutes and look at the Amazon app again. He is now further West and has left the area of my complex. I just wait...He finally calls me from a location that is not on the street I live on. I explain to him that he is on the wrong street and needs to go to the address on the packages. He says GPS took him here and I say to him again, you are on the wrong street, I live on xxxx Street. He hangs up and calls back and we have the very same conversation. This time I tell him that I cannot help him if he is not even at my address. I then call Amazon to tell them that the delivery person is not at my location. Amazon says they will try to get a hold of them. No answer. They tell me that they have tried multiple times and the driver was not answering the phone. I tell them I will wait to see if the driver ever figures out where my address is and hang up.

Driver never does delivery my groceries. Amazon calls me about 4 to 5 times saying the driver is having a difficult time finding my place. I confirm my delivery address and the Amazon rep sys that she can see the delivery driver is on a street that is 4 blocks north of my address. Again, the delivery person never does show up and Amazon finally calls and wants to reschedule my delivery for later that day. I say ok and Amazon says someone will be there between 9 and 11am with my Amazon Fresh order. The new driver shows up at 10am, calls me from the East Gate of my complex, I am able to let the delivery driver into the complex and my groceries are dropped off at my front door. Finally.
