Amazon delivery service is terrible

Amazon delivery is just as bad as Chicago USPS delivery. Chicago USPS is known to be the worst in the US. Amazon, I believe is becoming just like them. ALL of my orders have the same instructions on them. Some delivery people read them, most do not. My packages from Amazon have started to be delivered to the West gate. My instructions say EAST GATE clearly. Plus, the East Gate is HUGE, it is all lit up and the West gate is a small doorway. The East gate also has the address in HUGE letters, clearly visible from the street. The West gate does not have any address on it. ALL gates have complex maps posted, so if you look at the map, you can see where you are and where the other gates are. All the maps at all the gates show where each unit number is located and what units you can access from each gate, You can also see on the maps, you cannot get from my unit to the West courtyard. I had a subscription delivery delivered on Tuesday, January 18. The packages was yet again delivered to the West Gate - at least this time it was delivered INSIDE the courtyard. Usually packages are left outside the gate so any person walking by can pick up the package. I rathe the delivery as bad and choose that the deliver person did not follow my instructions, they mishandled the delivery and to the wrong address.
